What I really enjoy about working out with Brandon is that he tailors my programs to meet my goals and pushes me further than I would ever do myself. He is very knowledgeable in physiology so the difference of inches makes a big difference in the work your muscles do. My health, strength and flexibility results speak for themselves. Weight down 10%. Cholesterol down 15%. Golf score down 10 strokes. Stamina up 15%! 57 year old body feels like it did at 40!!

I’ve been working with my trainer, Brandon, I do three times a week with him. Incredible, the only word that comes to mind. Been working with Brandon for almost 4 months now & it's the longest that I have worked out in over 30 years! I was reluctant in the beginning partly because of my age, 57 & the other part thinking I could do it on my own. Mistake on both counts. in our initial meeting Brandon explained that he tailors the work-out to the individual. he's worked with clients much older than me and in worse shape although not many in that department. I was afraid of being too sore, too tired, to embarrassed and countless other excuses. I,m glad my wife gave me the nudge I needed to get started. after interviewing several trainers on Thumbtack I decided to go with Brandon's free no obligation evaluation. He came over and we did a couple of exercises to see how pitiful I really was. but it was mostly talking. It was then that I made the decision to hire him to be my personal trainer. Wow am I glad I did, my energy level has soared! as well as losing weight & gaining Muscles that I never knew existed because of the exercises and how to perform them. he explained to me that most people dont know that stabilization muscles exist let alone train them. in short or at this point in long if you are looking for an absolutely great personal trainer I would suggest you contact him before Starting your Journey to better overall health & happiness. Two years ago, our son suffered a brain injury. He was in a wheelchair, and as a result, gained over 100lbs. After months of unsuccessful physical therapy, we decided to hire a personal trainer. It was a godsend that we found Brandon Swanner from Journey Fitness. After just four months of training, Brandon has our son walking with a walker and crutches. He no longer uses the wheelchair as his primary means to get around. Brandon not only focuses on his weight, strength and balance, but motivates him to keep trying and not give up. He even goes out of his way to text on his off days to encourage him to exercise. Brandon also assists with healthy meal choices. He is truly the best thing that has happened since this horrible injury. He has done more to facilitate his recovery in four months than the 18 months of physical rehab prior. Our son also suffered a speech deficiency as part of his injury. Consequently, he does not like to talk to “outsiders.” Brandon takes time to have conversations with him, and we have seen tremendous improvement in his speech as a result.
